UK Ancestry visa for my family
If you have at least one biological British born grandparent, are over the age of 17 and intend on working upon your arrival in the UK then you do qualify for a UK Ancestry visa.
The visa is initially valid for 5 years UK visaafter which time she can continue the naturalisation process to become a British citizen.
This visa can be used to take over your spouse/partner and your child dependents (under 18 years old) to the UK as many find it difficult to meet the basic financial threshold that comes with the UK Settlement visas e.g. UK Marriage visa, UK Child Dependency visa.
