News from the Australian authorities regarding upcoming closures

The Australian Department of Home Affairs office of the Australian High Commission Pretoria will close on Friday 22 December and will reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

As an overseas Australian Government office we observe a mix of Australian and South African public holidays.

Please Note: The Australian Department of Home Affairs advises that applicants wanting to visit Australia before Christmas Day submit a complete visa application no later than Thursday 7th December 2023.
